Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Royal Blocks 3D account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

You can request account deletion in two ways:

Option 1 — In-app
Open Royal Blocks 3D → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Your account and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to info@royalsteelgroup.com.tr with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address or username linked to your account.
We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Your profile (name, email)
Game scores and statistics
Friend lists and social data
All Firestore records associated with your account

Data retention

After deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics (not linked to your account) may be retained for analytics purposes.
