Privacy Policy

Royal Steel Group Teknoloji Çelik ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. respects the privacy of the users of our mobile applications listed below. This policy covers the following applications: RS Personal Trainer, Royal Blocks 3D, Qibla Finder 3D, Royal Mahjong 3D, Tengri, Puzzle Slider, RS Media Player, and Noteminator. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared across these applications and our web services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo when signing in with Google, Facebook, or email.
• Application data: Scores, levels, game statistics, workout logs, nutrition entries, preferences, and other in-app activity.
• Social data: Friend lists, multiplayer history, and in-app messages (when applicable).
• Device information: Device type, OS version, and unique identifiers for crash reporting and performance.
• Location data: Only when required by the app's functionality and with your consent.

2. Health Data (Google Health Connect and Apple HealthKit)

RS Personal Trainer collects and processes the following Health Data types via Google Health Connect on Android and Apple HealthKit on iOS, only after you explicitly grant permission in the OS permission screen:

• Step count
• Heart rate
• Active energy burned (calories)
• Body weight
• Height
• Sleep data (duration and sessions)
• Walking / running distance
• Workout records (type, duration, calories)

How we access and collect Health Data

RS Personal Trainer requests read (and, for select data types, write) access from Google Health Connect (Android) or Apple HealthKit (iOS). Health Data is collected only for the specific data types you approve in the OS permission screen. You can review or revoke access at any time in the Health Connect app (Android) or the Health app (iOS).

How we process Health Data

Once collected, Health Data is processed on-device only. Health Data is NOT uploaded to our servers, NOT sent to Firebase, NOT shared with any third party, and NOT used for advertising or profiling.

How we use Health Data

To display daily step/calorie/sleep/distance/heart-rate summaries, personalize workout and nutrition recommendations, and (with your consent) write completed workouts back to Health Connect / HealthKit.

Sharing Health Data

RS Personal Trainer does NOT share Health Data with any third party. Health Data is never sold, licensed, transferred, or used for advertising purposes.

Health Data Retention

RS Personal Trainer does NOT retain Health Data on any server or cloud database. The retention period on our systems is ZERO. Each time you open the app, we re-read the current values from Google Health Connect / Apple HealthKit into device memory only. When you close the app, that in-memory copy is discarded. Any workouts you save back to Health Connect / HealthKit are stored by Google/Apple on your device under your control — you can delete them at any time via Health Connect settings or the Apple Health app.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, develop, and personalize our apps.
• To manage user accounts and provide authentication.
• To display names and scores on global leaderboards.
• To enable multiplayer matchmaking and friend invitations.
• To send push notifications (reminders, updates, invitations).
• To show non-health-related advertisements via Google AdMob.
• To meet legal obligations and maintain security.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account and application data reside on Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). In-app chat messages are relayed through our servers and stored locally on your device. Health data is processed only on the device and never stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

• Health Data (Google Health Connect / Apple HealthKit): NOT retained on any server. Retention period on our systems: ZERO. Each session, Health Data is re-read into device memory only and discarded when the app closes.
• Account information (name, email, photo): Kept on Firebase while the account is active; permanently deleted within 30 days after a deletion request.
• Application data (scores, workout history, preferences, goals): Kept on Firebase while the account is active; deleted within 30 days after a deletion request.
• Analytics and crash reports: Firebase Analytics retains for up to 14 months (Google's default), then automatically anonymizes or deletes.
• Anonymous aggregate statistics: May be retained in anonymized form (cannot be linked to individual users) for service improvement.
• Legal retention: Certain records required by law are retained for the statutory period, then deleted.

6. Third-Party Services

• Android Health Connect (Google): Health data is stored on the user's device and is not uploaded to Google servers.
• Apple HealthKit: Health data is stored on the user's device.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, when required by law, or with your explicit consent. Health data is never shared with any third party.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at our Account Deletion page, from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account, when supported), or by emailing info@royalteknoloji.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. KVKK and GDPR Compliance

Royal Teknoloji acts as a data controller under Turkish Law 6698 (KVKK) and EU GDPR. Users have rights to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app alerts or email.
